Our practise is a teaching practice. Whist at times this can be inconvenient, overall, we feel it is a positive aspect of our practice. We thank you in advance in helping train our doctors of the future. We are involved both in the teaching of undergraduate medical student and post-graduate doctors who are specializing in general practice.

With medical students, you may be asked to allow them to be present during your consultation. You will always be asked for consent, for a student to observe your consultation.

If you object to a student being present at your consultation, please let the receptionist know.

We are fortunate to have GP registrar attached to our practice each year. These doctors are fully qualified doctors who have specialized in general practice. They work in our practice under Dr. Wilson’s supervision to help fine-tune their skills. These doctors are our future.
